Review & Thoughts
Wicked Appetite by Janet Evanovich
Published: September 14, 2020 by St. Martin’s Press
Initial Thoughts:
Wicked Appetite is the first book in the Lizzy & Diesel series. I’ve read some of the ‘Stephanie Plum In-between novels’ with Diesel and enjoy the paranormal twist. I found this available on the free Libby app and thought it would a fun listen.
Review Notes:
I enjoyed the dynamics between Lizzy and Diesel and laughed really hard when I discovered Carl was in this book too. I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook version of the book and the presenter really draws you in.
Entertaining and enjoyable. Always enjoy a bit of sexual tension and a touch of paranormal vibes. Reading this made me hungry and seriously put me in the mood for cupcakes. Oh and we have a monkey and a one-eyed cat in this one!
This is the first in the three book Lizzy and Diesel series and I would definitely read the ones that follow to see where the hunt for the stones takes them next.
My Rating: 4 / 5 Stars
