Today I’m excited to tell you about a few products I was recently introduced to and had the opportunity to try out for testing purposes. The following items were given to me in the Bloom VoxBox from from Influenster for free, in exchange for an honest review.

Influenster Bloom Box Contents

1. Sunbelt Bakery, Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bar

Sampled: 1.4 oz bar |Sunbelt Bakery | Arielle Deltoro Retail: $0.50 for single, $2.69 for multi-pack

Overall Rating 4/5

Sample Trial Notes:

3.5/5 for nutritional value; I would have prefered it had more fiber and protein, or less calories. Nutrition; 180 Calories, 6 g Fat, 1 g Fiber, 12 g Sugar, 2 g Protein

5/5 for flavor and consistency. This bar is absolutely delicious! It might be one of the most delicious chewy bars I’ve ever tried. It also didn’t make a mess, but wasn’t so soft that it got mushy in the packaging.

2. Cutex advanced revival nail polish remover pads

Cutex Remover Pads | Arielle DeltoroSample: Set of 3 | Retail: $1.49

Overall Rating: 5/5

Sample Trial Notes:

Cutex Remover | Arielle Deltoro5/5 for product use; worked well and even got off my polish that had glitter in it

5/5 for lack of terrible smell normally associated with nail polish remover

5/5 for ease of use and portability. This is a great product to keep in your everyday makeup bag in case you get a large or noticeable chip and you’re on your way somewhere important.

3. Sinful Colors Nail Polish, Color #1231 VIP

Sinful Colors VIPSample: Full-Size bottle | Retail: $1.99

Overall Rating: 5/5

Sample Trial Notes:

Sinful Colors VIP | Arielle Deltoro5/5 for color, product consistency, staying power. Sinful Colors is already one of my favorite nail polish brands. It’s an affordable brand that you can purchase at places like Target, Walgreens or CVS and they’re only $1.99! Even special editions and lines [like the current Kylie Jenner Denim & Bling line items are only $2.99!]

Fun Note on this one: I posted a picture of my festive manicure on Memorial Day and Sinful Colors ReGrammed it!Screen Shot 2016-06-02 at 8.45.32 PM

4. Secret Outlast Xtend Invisible Solid

Secret Outlast XtendSample: 0.5 oz | Retail: $4.29 for 2.6 oz

Overall rating 5/5

Sample Trial Notes:

After using this sample, I still have to say I’m not a huge fan of the regular deodorant compared to the clinical strength, but if I was going to use a regular one, this one’s great. Although I’ll be sticking with my current go-to [it’s so strong that you can go a day without putting it on and be fine], if you prefer a regular solid deodorant, this is hands down a winner. It goes on mostly clear and stays clear, doesn’t leave white marks on your clothes and the product itself works really well.

5. Not Your Mother’s Plump for Joy

NYM Plump for JoySample: 2 oz | Retail: $3.00 [2 oz], $7.00 [8 oz]

Overall rating 4/5

Sample Trial Notes:

NYM Plump for Joy | Arielle Deltoro3/5 on product usefulness and effectiveness

5/5 on scent and consistency

6. Nuxe Huile Prodigiesuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil

Nuxe | Arielle DeltoroSample: 10 mL | Retail: $29.00 [50 mL], $45.00 [100 mL]

Overall Rating: 3.5/5

Sample Trial Notes:

1/5 for the scent. It smells like a french perfume, which may be something you like, but personally it gave me a headache. This product was a bit eh for me simply because of the scent. If this had a different scent, or no scent, it wouldn’t gotten a 5/5!

5/5 product consistency, feel, results. It felt wonderful, I just wish it had a different scent!

Overall Rating on the Influenster Bloom VoxBox: 4.5/5

The products included in this box were all the type of items that I would normally purchase and use myself. Even the one item that I didn’t enjoy was just due to not liking the scent, not the product itself. I was introduced to new products that I truly enjoyed and some I already went and bought more [I bought 3 Sinful Color nail polishes for a festive Memorial Day mani/pedi] and I definitely plan to continue carrying one of the Cutex nail polish remover pads in my daily makeup bag.
